Keysight probes use one of the following interfaces to connect to the oscilloscope.
AutoProbe 3
An AutoProbe III probe is compatible with AutoProbe III oscilloscopes such as UXR-series oscilloscopes with 1.85 mm and 1.0 mm connectors.
AutoProbe III provides the following advantages:
- Probe power
- Probe offset
- Auto configuration of probe type and attenuation setting.
AutoProbe 2
An AutoProbe II probe (3.5 mm oscilloscope interface) is compatible with UXR/90000 Q/V/X/Z-series oscilloscopes without the use of an adapter. AutoProbe 2 provides the following advantages:
- Probe power
- Probe offset
- Auto configuration of probe type and attenuation setting.
AutoProbe 1
An AutoProbe probe (BNC or precision BNC oscilloscope interface) is compatible with Infiniium oscilloscopes such as the 90000A and S-series and with part of InfiniiVision oscilloscopes. AutoProbe 1 provides the following advantages:
- Probe power
- Probe offset
- Auto configuration of probe type and attenuation setting.
BNC
A BNC probe that does not have an Autoprobe Interface.
SMA
An SMA probe that does not have an Autoprobe Interface. Use a BNC-to-SMA adapter to connect this probe to the oscilloscope.
