InfiniiMode active differential probes come with InfiniiMode operation modes. The InfiniiMode allows convenient measurements of differential, single-ended, and common mode signals with a single probe tip without reconnecting the probe to change the connection. They are compatible with the Infiniium oscilloscope's AutoProbe interface, which completely configures the Infiniium series of oscilloscopes for the probes.
