The E2675B InfiniiMax Differential Browser Probe Head is a probe solution for high-frequency applications. The differential browser configuration is the best choice for general purpose troubleshooting of a circuit board. The tab on the side of the probe allows the probe tips to be adjusted for different circuit geometries. A complete probing solution consists of an amplifier and a probe head.
