The E2679B InfiniiMax Solder-In Single-Ended Active Probe Head configuration provides good bandwidth measurements of single-ended signals with a probe head that is physically very small. The probe head resistors must be soldered to the circuit that you are measuring. Because of the small size of the resistor leads, it is easy to solder them to very small geometry circuits. A complete probing solution consists of an amplifier and a probe head.
