E2655C Performance Verification and Deskew Fixture

The E2655C Performance Verification and Deskew Fixture can be used to calibrate and verify the
performance of the following probes:

• InfiniiMax l (1130B, 1131B, 1132B, 1134B)
• InfiniiMax ll (1168B, 1169B)
• InfiniiMax lll+ probe amplifiers with <13 GHz bandwidth
• InfiniiMax Ultra series probe amplifiers with <13 GHz bandwidth
• N2750/1/2A Differential Probes

Note: The E2655C is a replacement of the E2655B.

 

The E2655C kit contains the following parts:

• SMA (male) to SMA (male) adapter
• SMA (male) to BNC (female) adapter
• BNC (male) to SMA (male) adapter
• 50 Ω SMA terminator
• Deskew fixture

You can use the N2787A 3D probe positioner to properly position the probe during the deskew/PV procedure. It is recommended for sophisticated probe head positioning or when using probe heads such as the browser probe head to hold the browser in place.
