This probe head has been replaced by the MX0105A probe head.
The N5380B is a differential SMA adapter for the InfiniiMax I and II Series of probe amplifiers that allows differential SMA connections to a single channel of the oscilloscope. It is also compatible for use with InfiniiMax Ultra and InfiniiMax RC probe amplifiers.
A complete probing solution consists of an amplifier and a probe head. The N5380B is the RoHS compatible replacement for the N5380A.
