The N2839A differential hand-held browser is the best choice for general purpose troubleshooting of a circuit board.
It is designed for use with Keysight InfiniiMax Ultra, InfiniiMax RC as well as InfiniiMax II probe amplifiers. The bandwidth supported by this probe head differs based on the probe amplifier with which it is used. Refer to the Compatibility table on this page to know about the supported bandwidth.
The probe head's high bandwidth performance, adjustable tips, and ergonomic design makes it ideal for hand held measuring of differential and single-ended signals. You can quickly and easily adjust the tip span using a thumbwheel. The probe head can be mounted on N2784/5A or N2787A probe positioner. In addition, the probe includes a mounting hole so that you can mount it to a custom holder.
